Credit Card Policy:

1. A1 Tuning only accepts payment via Australian Visa and Mastercard.
2. A surcharge of 2.5% applies to all orders made with a credit card.
3. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes or unattended addresses.
4. All goods must be signed for by the cardholder upon delivery (proof of identity may be required by the shipper/courier).
5. A1 Tuning does not store any of your credit card details.
6. All credit card payments are conducted through the secure PayPal website.

1. If the goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, A1 Tuning must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Under no circumstances will goods be accepted as faulty upon delivery after that time period.
3. After 24 hours from delivery, faults will be covered by manufacturer's warranty and will be subject to the normal terms and conditions of that warranty.
4. Goods must be returned in the original packaging in good condition.
5. A fee may be charged if packaging is damaged or packaging/parts are missing.
6. You may not return goods for any reason other than being faulty - Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
