Which part of the brain is more dominant for leaders?

The human brain is divided into the left and right parts. The left part of the brain is more logical and analytical in nature, while the right part is in charge of emotions and creativity. A leader makes decisions about the day to day operations and activities of the organization they are leading. They are constantly making decisions.
